8.2 Refund Policy — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Risk-Free Trial Period:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase IF you have accessed fewer than 3 modules
- This policy allows you to evaluate the framework's quality and fit without risk
- Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the 14-day window
- We will process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
After the Trial Period:
- Access to 3 or more modules constitutes substantial use and voids refund eligibility
- No refunds are available after 14 days from purchase date, regardless of usage
- Upon approved refund, your Platform access will be immediately terminated
Why This Policy: We're confident you'll find value in the framework. The 14-day period with preview access (up to 2 modules) lets you evaluate quality before full commitment. This protects both your investment and the integrity of our educational content.
