Blindspot Africa offers a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the framework within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Complete Framework (€497): Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Founding Member (€297): Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Note: Founding Member pricing is a limited-time offer — refunded purchases forfeit the Founding Member rate for future re-purchase.
Regional Bundle (€197): Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Single Module (€49): Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.
Access to the framework is revoked upon processing of a refund.
